TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

By visiting our website, placing an order, or subscribing to a Thoughtful Finds box, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Thoughtful Finds offers:

• In-house, small-batch gifting products available for individual purchase

• A monthly curated subscription box featuring third-party artisan vendors

• Limited-edition and seasonal gift collections

All products are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at our discretion.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX MODEL

4.1 Pre-Sale Window

Subscription boxes are sold on a pre-sale basis. Pre-sales open on the 1st of the month and close on the 20th of the month, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Fulfillment Timeline

• Vendors deliver products between the 20th and 28th

• Boxes ship on or around the 1st of the following month

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

4.3 Curation Disclaimer

Each subscription box is curated based on theme and availability. Items may vary slightly from marketing images. All sales are final once pre-sales close.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

• Payment is due in full at checkout

• Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

ALL SALES FINAL / NO RETURNS

Due to the curated, limited-edition nature of our products and subscription boxes:

• All sales are final

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered

• Subscription boxes cannot be canceled after the pre-sale window closes

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping rates and methods are selected at checkout

• We currently ship within the United States only, unless otherwise stated

• Thoughtful Finds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information

Once an order ships, risk of loss passes to the customer.

THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & PRODUCTS

Subscription boxes may include products from independent third-party vendors. Thoughtful Finds:

• Does not manufacture third-party products

• Is not responsible for vendor product performance or claims

• Relies on vendors to comply with applicable laws and safety standards

Any concerns related to product use should be directed to the manufacturer listed on the product.
