• Subscription boxes cannot be canceled once the pre-sale window closes

Subscription Boxes

Subscription boxes are curated and produced based on confirmed pre-orders. Once pre-sales close on the 25th of each month:

• Orders are locked

• Changes, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted

In-House Products

All in-house products sold through Thoughtful Finds are also final sale unless otherwise required by law.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY
