SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS
Subscription Box Shipping Schedule
Thoughtful Finds operates on a pre-sale subscription model.
• Pre-sales open on the 1st of each month
• Pre-sales close on the 25th of each month
• Vendors deliver products between the 25th–30th
• Subscription boxes ship on or around the 5th of the following month
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
Shipping Locations
• We currently ship within the United States only
• International shipping is not available at this time
Shipping Rates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Subscription box pricing includes shipping unless otherwise stated
Tracking & Delivery
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships
• Thoughtful Finds is not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Thoughtful Finds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you ship to a secure location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Email orders@thoughtfulfinds.com
Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
